Mr J. Drew Phillips CPA CA is a finance professional with more than 25 years’ experience in the biotech, aerospace, telecommunications and aluminum industries as well as experience in the not for profit sector.
Currently he runs his own financial consulting service providing accounting and financial advice to private and public sector clients. Mr. Phillips recently has served as Director of Finance for Performance Plants (an agricultural biotech company) and prior to that he served as Corporate Controller of Millenium Biologix Corporation (MBC:TSX) another local biotech company where he was instrumental in bringing the organization public. He previously served in various capacities at large publicly traded companies such as Rolls Royce and Alcan Aluminium Limited. Mr. Phillips is a Chartered Accountant and has a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University and a Graduate Diploma in public accountancy from McGill University.
